Collaboratively concocted in the pop laboratories of Fathomsun, Mermaid Motel, and Rat Press, it is a delight to be co-publishing the Sonnets for Hooch! A seasonal pamphlet series, each publication overflows with the fizzing intoxication of alco/pop-inspired sonnets from Mao Baiocco, Kyle Lovell, and Maria Sledmere.
Each instalment coincides with the four seasons of 2021, as the three poets tipple and hooch their way through the year. The jaunt begins in spring with Sonnets for Hooch: Lemon Bloom Season, featuring 37 sonnets across the civic (non)places of their memories and lockdown psyches.
